This role focuses on optimising our digital presence, increasing brand visibility, and driving engagement  through targeted marketing strategies. Main responsibilities:

• SEO & Website Optimisation: Improve search rankings for psychometric assessments & workforce solutions.
• Content Strategy & Thought Leadership – Create engaging articles, case studies, and industry insights.
• Social Media & Community Growth – Enhance brand visibility across key digital channels and industry platforms.
• Paid Advertising & Lead Generation – Manage PPC, retargeting, and conversion-driven campaigns.

Qualifications & Skills
